Localização é ótima para quem quer ir ao Parque Beto Careiro. Dá para ir a pé, fica uns 250m da entrada da Parque. Custo benefício muito bom.

Café da manhã é o mesmo todos os dias. Não tem uma academia ou sala de ginástica. Não tem piscina.
