Great Location for event we were attending in Shepparton

Very clean! As previously stated in reviews - it needs new curtains etc but the sheets and bathroom were very clean. We received amazing help from the care takers with parking and noise while staying.

It would benefit from new curtains and blinds.

It was right on the Main Street, the staff were delightful, the room was comfy and clean. The price was perfect

Quiet. Convenient location

Lots of mould in the shower. Kitchen tap ran all night, couldn’t be turned off. Very dated and tired bathroom, fixtures and decor.

Management polite New carpet Clean & frsh smelling Mattress comfortable is a very big plus very happy.

pillows flat no comfort, Poor basic Maintenance bathroom exhaust didn't work, happy they supplied a fan. Air-conditioning not suited to the sized room, needs a service if not replacing in a hurry. Bed wheel broken Lace curtain broken (cheep caravan style clipping) Curtains let's full sun through (recommend full block out & having better quality of hemming/sewing) Water damage on built-in furnishings is the 1st thing you see. Ceiling patches not finished Bench tops&tiling areas need re sealing. Some grout line areas need serous scrubbing I recommend to tackle one room at a time time bring up to a hi finish standard even keeping in the era on the 70/80's . There small maintenance issues can easily be sorted in less than a day. Sad i couldn't tell management in the morning as no one was there.

Great motel very friendly we asked if we could change our room and they was happy to change the room with no issues.

Unfortunately I got a room we're the bed was really uncomfortable. The air-conditioning was making a loud noise every 1 minute or sure and the the was leaking. Unfortunately for me I come in late and I left early in the morning. Im sure if it was a different time it would have been taken care of.
