Le club en face, avec les gens qui crient dans la rue (toutes les nuits) jusqu’aux premières lueurs de l’aube.

La proximité des restaurants, boutiques et de l'université. L'appartement est bien équipé et fonctionnel. Il y a une terrace qui est agréable.

L'appartement que j'ai loué donne directement sur un club de nuit et il y a beaucoup de monde et de bruit tard le soir/ la nuit. J'aurais préféré le savoir à l'avance. Pour cette raison également j'étais obligé de fermer en permanence les rideaux occultants.
