"Cool space and great location; hosts did advise that our street noise concerns are now addressed."

The location was good, and was easy to get around Montreal, the rooftop terrace was a nice feature.

EDIT to add: The hosts contacted us following our stay and assured us that our noise concerns were taken seriously and they have made changes to the window and door to insulate against sound. This review was upgraded based on this. While we were there, the noise in the alley at night meant we did not get one good sleep in the 5 nights we were there, even with earplugs.

"Comfortabel apartement op een totaal verkeerde locatie"

Het was een comfortabel apartement. Licht en modern.

Ernstige geluidsoverlast in de nacht van de uitgaansgelegenheid/club aan de overkant. Zeer heftige vechtpartij op straat. Een groep van 5 jongemannen mishandelde een jongen. Zij schopten hem tegen zijn hoofd toen hij op de grond lag. De uitsmijters van de club grepen niet in. Politie en ambulance erbij. De omstanders waren agressief richting de politie. Zeer vervelende gebeurtenis om mee te maken. Wij hebben 3 nachten van 01:00 tot 03:30 u wakker gelegen door alle geschreeuw onder het raam van het apartement. De avond na het vechtincident was er politie in de straat en verliep de avond/nacht rustiger. Het apartement zelf (qua inrichting, grootte en voorzieningen) is ons heel goed bevallen. Minpunten: bloedvlekken in het dekbed en het is er erg gehorig.

J’ai aimé le confort de cet établissement ainsi que la disponibilité du personnel

Plusieurs soucis ont eu lieu durant mon séjour notamment à cause de « sans abris », mais le personnel c’est montré énormément disponible à n’importe quelle heure, ils prennent en considération les remarques faites.

"Lovely place in a good location, would return!"

Spacious apartment in a great location, near to bars and restaurants, with supermarket a 10 minute walk away. Lovely and warm in the Montreal snow. All instructions were clear and easy to follow. Clean, tidy, and with all listed amenities. View from large window of the street below, and a rooftop terrace which would be awesome in spring/summer. Quiet and peaceful - slept very well.

Boa localização. Aciomodação bastante espaçosa.

A escada foi um ponto importante de dificuldade. Achamos também que a limpeza não estava de acordo com as expectetivas. Conecção da rede da televisão ruim.
