The staff was fantastic. Very close to the casino with a door that takes you to a mainly enclosed walkway.

On the cusp of winter/spring. The hotel had everything put away outside so it was gloomy. Of course the pool was closed so it wasn't very lively. We had a problem with the heat system in our room and upon request they gave us a blanket. The outside smoking area in the walkway to the casino was too close to the door and the walkway should have heaters along the way for those who leave their coats in their room to go to the casino. Nothing fancy or making us want to return but was fine.
