"Attention check out payment problem"

Clean hotel

Payment by credit card not possible when check out , machine of credit card or other reasons unknown? do not work, we are obliged to pay cash ! And hotel did not make any money changes! Also, we requested to do remote web-in before coming. Ot easy to do : A loss of time for us, customers!. In the intrrest of customers and of the hotel, Booking.com is requested to mention the above issues before we select the booking or at least, we, customers, prepare cash before checkout.

"Well maintained property !!"

This place is really very hygienic, safe, and silent place and it costs very low if you are a visitor who comes to Patna, they can rest here. Breakfast offered in this price range was good. Staff Behavior was excellent.

"Great Value and Good Location !"

It was simply a great stay ! Staff really pay attention to individual customers and their needs. The room was superb as per the price range. Breakfast options are good. The service is also good and staffs are so kind and helpful. The room was very good,tidy and clean with well-sleep quality bed & pillows. To sum up, I will definitely return to stay in this hotel near future.
