Staff were generally nice Hotel was clean

They gave me 3 options to pay room Then with breakfast ..then also with sauna I chose the latter which was around 30-40 dollars a night more But on arrival was told they expected 700php per person for sauna.. something i already paid for

The room is really sparkling clean and well maintained. The bed is so comfy and the environment is not noisy very relaxing! The only cons I want to point out is the swimming pool is not well maintained and clean, it was dirty.

Room was nice but false advertising. Jacuzzi broke for months no effort to repair. Sauna has huge extra charge they dont tell you about until arrival.

Backside rooms are pretty calm. Appartment is spacious eonough for a longer stay. Has most of the things one need, like almost useable kitchen - so for longer stays you can just buy some stuff and cook there theoretically. Bed is awesome. has iron and iron board. AC is split type, so calm and cool sleep. Many food option closeby. In IT parks Mall there is a well sorted supermarket.

Room 812: Iron is leaking water. The Phil TV they provide regulary logged us out, saying that only one user is allowed - it seemes there is only one account for the whole hotel, and if someone new logs in, the other one gets logged out, so we where fighting over the login. We told the staff 3 times, staff said 3 times they fix it and didnt. AC was smelling foul. They tried to fix 2 times but it wasnt fixed. Jakuzi was under maintenance. Rooms are sketchily clean. So probably cleaner then 90% of what you can find in Cebu City (we had to leave 3 other places because it was either intolerable dirty and/or noisy). Bathroom sink was leaking (well not really my problem, but like the other problems i told the staff and they didnt really care)

emplacement a deux pas de l'IT Park et du mall's Ayala. Il y a plusieurs restaurants trés bons attenants aux condominiums.

l'ajout de ciseaux dans les équipements de cuisine des appartements. Le service de laundry est trop cher pour la qualité du service (le lavage est trés succinct)

88 Avenue was a great experience for me, l was surprised at the state of the art gym, swimming and sauna and roof top jacuzzi, staff were awesome, if l ever go back to Cebu l am going there
