Room size , cleanliness, location

We had a broken knob at the entry door due to which we could not lock our room and we informed the staff saying we are in a hurry pls help us clean and then lock the door till we come. However, when we came though the room was clean the door was wide open and the staff said that the door just needs an extra push and kept telling it is closing properly but the house keeping guys left it open by mistake. We told if they could not close it bring a part of your hotels how can we do it, the manager had no answer and continued to ignore the issue at hand.

The size of room is big enough. Good for solo and at the most couples. hot water in bathroom and good AC.

i had booked 2 rooms. One room the bed was not comfortable at all. The other room's TV remote never worked. In one bathroom, there was a leakage, which kept it dirty. there is something going on the first floor, so a lot of disturbances on the second floor, where our rooms were booked. Even on sunday mornings there was a lot of noise. The breakfast sucks. Some tasteless rice chillas were always there. Bread butter was there only one day, so you have to eat those tasteless chillas. Corporate employees who work full day can go as they hae to just sleep in room.

Location

Don't try the food there.

Location was perfect and room was exceptionally clean and well maintained.

The food was good, the stay was very comfortable, spacious and clean room and bathroom.
