Zula Cave House

Otel çalışanları çok güler yüzlü ve terasta takla atan güvercinler eşliğinde güzel bir kahvaltı yapabilirsiniz. Biz hamam adlı odada kaldık. En altta dipte tek pencereli ve penceresi bina içine açılan bir odaydı. Oda ışık hiç almıyor, içinde banyo ile beraber bir de hamam var. Gerçek bir mağara deneyimi ancak nefes problemleri yaşayanlar için uygun değil havalanma sıkıntısı var. Bir de oda yerin altında olduğu için baya bir merdiven inip çıkılması gerekiyor. Ancak otelin diğer odaları konum itibariyle ferah ve hizmet güzel.

Unfortunately the street leading up to the property was under construction when we stayed there so parking was a bit tricky but otherwise we had a great experience there!… great and friendly staff!… we would definitely recommend it.

The room was lovely and very atmospheric. Breakfast was great and very generous, and nice to sit on the terrace to have it. The manager helped us to arrange our tours and get the airport shuttle booked. They arranged for supper to be delivered the first night as I was too tired to walk to town. There was a heater we could use over night as it got pretty cold, so it was nice and cosy and the beds were very comfortable.

It was a little off the beaten track that meant a bit of a walk in to town if you wanted to eat out etc. There were a lot of stairs, up and down, to get to our room. Thankfully, we were helped with our bags, and put them in the storage room near the front door the night before we left as we had a very early start.

- Location is close to Urgup city centre. 2-3 minutes walk to the centre. - Polite, humble and courteous staff. - Car Parking is available outside the property. - Delicious breakfast & lovely rooftop seating area. - The room does give a feel of Cave house (King Room).

- Wifi is not strong due to cave theme which is understandable. - Constant damp smell inside the room which mabbe is again due to cave concept. - Room was dark as there were minimal lighting. In addition, two out of four lights were fused (Bedside lamp and wall light). It is suggested to fix the lights. - it was a bit warm inside the room as there was no aircon. However, table fan was provided by hotel upon request.
