Cayman Luxury Rentals at One Canal Point

AAA family spot. Couldn’t ask for better.quiet and relaxing….away from the crowds. Great facilities

The facilities are clean and comfortable. The gated community is also well kept and everyone was very friendly there. The apartment is very close to groceries (a taxi ride away) and about 15 minutes walk to the beach. The rental team were generally professional and helpful.

There were approximately 500 USD extra in fees and taxes that weren't represented on the booking.com site. It operates more like an Air BnB I thought in this regard. Communication can be more forthcoming during difficult times. We got delayed 3 days and I asked for a refund of the rental. It seemed difficult to tell me no. I had to ask more than once and really was more upset about being ignored than about not getting the refund. There can be perhaps a guest book about navigating Cayman e.g. car bookings, grocery delivery, opening and closing hours of businesses, transportation etc. Can I suggest 100%cotton bathing sheets as towels as they are more absorbent than artifical fibres? I felt in general that they are new to running apartments as a service so I am sure guest service will continue to improve. Bottom line - would I stay here again? Yes, I would. It is quiet, clean, and in a nice residential area with great swimming pools.
