I loved hotel it’s very clean

One of the best room experiences we have ever had, clean, very modern, and sustainable having an area under the bed to place a suitcase is excellent use of space that air-conditioning adjustments next to your bed also excellent we had a small balcony with an excellent view of the pool and the river gorgeous at night time. Overall this is a tenant of Ten experience very clean staff are very friendly the entire hotel smells amazing and will definitely be back next year

Pretty much everything was excellent except for the size and location of the room (see below). Otherwise, fantastic location -- not too close to the pubs meaning we weren't bothered by noise, but close enough to walk. The pool was well maintained, and the hotel has an efficient, attractive, and modern layout. The food was excellent.

Unfortunately the last time I had an upgraded room with a balcony and pool view. This room was small and cramped, no balcony, and a "city" view. But that's not the hotel's fault. Just be sure you thoroughly review the room details. Pool view rooms are recommended.
