El hotel, ubicado frente a la Oficina de Correos de Phnom Penh, tiene instalaciones modernas, y servicios adicionales talees como restaurantes y bar en la azotea con una espectacular vista al río Tonle Sap. La atención del personal fue excelente y la comida del restaurante Bai Sor de muy buen nivel.

Lamentablemente la televisión está solamente habilitada para utilizar con Plataformas del tipo Netflix y no se puede captar señales internacionales.
