Charlie Hotel Jeju

Our twin room 502 was big enough for us and had a little table, chair, fridge and in the lobby downstairs is a hot and cold water dispenser. The room was clean and had aircon, which we didn't need as the breeze coming through the 2 windows was sufficient. We got bottled water everyday put in the room as well as fresh towels. Bins were emptied if we put them near the door. The location was great, only a short walk to the bus terminal and plenty of convenience stores, a big supermarket and restaurants The room might be a bit dated but it was a great base for us The shower was nice and hot with good pressure. There is a washing machine for guests to use

The beds are on the hard side No communication with the hotel before arrival despite me sending a couple of messages

Spacious room!

We had a very pleasant stay. A special thank you to the gentleman at the front desk, who was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our visit. We also really appreciated the opportunity to do our laundry free of charge, which was a great convenience during our trip. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The only thing we felt was missing was a small wardrobe or some additional storage space for clothes. Aside from that, everything was great. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to other travelers.
