I liked the location of this place.

It's at a residential area. Comfortable rooms.

The old man tried to con me by saying that AC was not included in the package. When I showed him the booking, he smiled and gave me the remote!!

Si vous n'avez pas le budget, sinon à éviter. Ma chambre n'était pas vraiment propre. Les 2 fenêtres donnaient sur un boulevard très bruyant à cause du flux de voitures. Le personnel était accueillant mais ne parlait aucune langue étrangère. C'est correct mais c'est juste que c'est difficile de se faire comprendre. De la moissisure dans la chambre et la salle de bain. Et ce produit qui était dans la chambre m'a fait peur.

The bath looked very unpleasant... it was probably matter of age not cleaning, but still, it definitely didn't make me want to use it. Also the sink didn't look very clean, but beside this it was a really nice hotel!

The location is convenient, as it’s close to the bus stop.

Do not stay here if you wish to be treated poorly. Upon arrival, the owner was kind enough to let us check in 30 minutes early and even lent us an umbrella as it was raining. The room was adequate for the price. We couldn’t find the remote for the air conditioner, so we thought we would need to ask him. Later that evening, we returned to ask about it, but the owner told us that the room didn’t include AC. We checked the website, and it clearly stated that AC was included. When we approached him again, he became verbally aggressive. We explained that we had booked a room with AC, as listed. He shouted at us, telling us to open the window if it was too hot. We insisted that AC was part of the room amenities we paid for. He went back to his room, angrily cursing, and eventually handed over the remote, saying, “Go away.” We assume he had collected all the remotes to save on electricity costs. After this encounter, we felt unsafe and were looking for another hotel. When we were about to leave, he called our room at 10:30 a.m., angrily telling us to come down to check out. All of the conversation was in Korean so we understood he was talking impolitely. I don’t understand the positive reviews claiming the owner is kind, as our experience was the complete opposite or maybe because we’re foreigner. Additionally, the bed was dusty, and the toilet was dirty. Don’t be misled by the price—you can easily find cheaper Airbnb rooms with much higher quality.
