Room was clean

Aircon not consistent either too cold or too hot. Small leak and damp spot in roof from aircon minor issue that

Proximity was amazing and modern and tidy.

The only thing I didn't like was the concrete stairs had no handrail, and we were petrified of falling down them. I even worried for the staff who kindly took our suitcase up and down. I really think they should put a handrail in, it would be illegal in our country to not have one (NZ).

Our stay at Oxo Townhouse Berawa was absolutely perfect, the villa is exactly as shown in the pictures, a small piece of heaven we didn’t want to leave. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was exceptional. The villa itself has a beautiful design with thoughtful small touches that make it truly special. Every detail reflects a sense of style and comfort, giving it a luxurious yet homely feel. The pool was sparkling clean, and the entire space felt like our own private oasis. The location is ideal, close to everything we needed, with many great places within walking distance. A very special thank you to Agus, who took wonderful care of us during our stay. He was always there to help with anything we needed, making sure everything was perfect. The cleanliness was outstanding, and the villa provided absolutely everything we could ask for, it really feels like home, only better. Everything was simply amazing. Thank you to the entire Oxo Townhouse Berawa team for such wonderful memories and an unforgettable luxury experience. This is truly my favorite place to stay in Bali!

-Cot for the child not provided, even though the request was done during the booking process -breakfast is available in a basket delivered to the room or alternatively in a restaurant nearby, with which a cooperation is done with the hotel. We decided to take the option in the restaurant but we were told for the next day it wasn't possible due to the short notice upon checkin. I mean they need a 24 hours notice for preparing breakfast ? Sounds like a wrong excuse. -bottom drawers in the room open just above the floor leading to hurting your toes if you're not careful -breakfast that was delivered to our room (1st day) was first not delivered due to my do not disturb sign, even though it was agreed upon the day before and told them to put it behind the fence. I then went out and took the sign away and send a message via whatsapp that they can put it in front of the door. The staff then came and rang the bell twice while our baby was sleeping and they could have just dropped it off as mentioned in my message. The next day i got told that the breakfast at the restaurant can be ordered even on the same day... which of course makes sense... in contrast to what we were told on the first day. -at the pickup time on the second day for breakfast, waiting for the shuttle to arrive, the receptionist came screaming into the private area, which woke our child up again, even though I literally had her informed 20 minutes before that I will keep an eye out for the shuttle arrival. Also, the shuttle arrived way in advance of the agreed upon time. -overall the staff is overly concerned about the guests stay, invading privacy

New, clean and nicely designed. Had really good sleep - dark & quiet room with cold AC. The staff always there to help and very fast to respond to any requests or questions we may have. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need even a blender. Having a washer in the house is also a plus. Good location in Berawa - we can walk to shops and our fav restaurants. Highly recommended and will definitely come back!
