It was clean and comfortable. It's a fine place if you just want to see Salzburg and need a place to sleep.

It wasn't clear from the add how little support there was. If we'd had any issues with our room code, we would have been stuck because there's no staff available at the times when you can check in. There's a number to call, but if you don't have calling in Europe, you're in trouble. Also, the area wasn't as nice as advertised. It was farther from the old city than it looked and there wasn't much around it. It's also close to the hospital so you hear lots of ambulance noise. Really we just used it as a place to sleep. Finally, the breakfast is not worth the price. You can get better at a cafe.

My grouped do not eat 20 euros worth of breakfast therefore we asked for individually priced items eg fruit and yogurt and coffee only. Thanks to one member of staff this was possible but was a problem for others.

Not being able to keep a small amount of milk cool in ones room so that one could use the kettle and tea and coffee provided. A little fridge would have been very useful. The sofa bed in room 206 used to allow my sisters to sleep separately was extremely uncomfortable. it needed my extra duvet from room 304 to soften the base.

Convenient. Clean. Courtyard garden out the back of the hotel.

Had a room at the front of the hotel and one of the windows would not shut properly. So could hear the traffic on the street outside more loudly than expected. Hard to sleep. Perhaps stopped the AC working properly. No fridge in the room 😔
