Good Behaviour of Manager

Just the staff behaviour us before paying the amount for the Dormentory

I had a very bad and uncomfortable experience at this lodge. The cleanliness and hygiene standards are extremely poor. During my stay, I faced a serious issue with insects/bed bugs on the bed. In the middle of the night, I started experiencing severe itching all over my body, and later noticed multiple bite marks on my arms, neck, and other areas. This clearly shows that the bedding and room are not properly maintained or sanitized. Such conditions are not acceptable for any guest, especially when basic hygiene is expected. This can also affect health and cause skin problems. I would strongly advise others to avoid staying here until proper cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance are ensured. Management should take this issue seriously and improve hygiene standards immediately.

Location, Warm water facility were good

But the behaviour of receiptionist uncle was very poor ,he is very rude and ill mannered, he'll deny literally for everything,, he charged me 50percent extra above online promised amount in the name of early check-in.
