The fact that we couldn't get in the hot tub the first day because the key wasn't in the book like they stated so we missed a whole day of hot tub fun I reached out to the property nobody has got back to me and only two tvs worked and I was told they was comin back out to fix it but nobody came so we all couldn't watch tv
