It's quite close to the Beach and on a lane that's quite so you are at peace and not disturbed by the city life. There are 2 staff one at the desk and the other who does the cleaning and serves food. Both of them are very helpful in case of anything that one needs. They go out of their way to help

We were quite disappointed with our stay, as the experience did not match what was shown in the pictures. Firstly, the linen provided in the room was dirty and clearly had not been washed before our arrival. There was no hot water in the bathroom, and when we inquired about it, the staff seemed unaware and unable to help. We understand that in Kerala, hot water is often powered by solar panels, and rain may affect availability. However, hot water is essential especially during cooler weather—not when it’s sunny—so this should be properly managed. Room cleaning was also inconsistent. We stayed for three nights, and housekeeping was done only once during the entire stay. Linen was changed only on that day. Ideally, cleaning and linen changes should be done daily or at least every alternate day without needing a request. The breakfast was very limited compared to what was shown in the pictures. The options included only idiyappams, a few gravies, omelets, tea, and coffee. As strict Jain vegetarians, we found no suitable options, and this made it difficult for us. One major concern is hygiene. The same person who cleans the toilets and premises without using any protective gear is also serving food, which raises serious hygiene issues and needs immediate attention. We hope you will take this feedback constructively and improve the overall quality and service standards for future guests.

Really good stay worth the money

Breakfast was cold and served unhappily. The tea set contained expired milk bags. The TV has lines and could not be viewed properly. I requested for change in room which was not accepted. I booked this property quote earlier of my stay but then too I was given a very shabby and stinking room
