Kein obligatorischen Zimmerservice auch bei 3 Übernachtungen. Trotz Anmeldung keine Menüauswahl, sondern Wiederholung vom Vortag. Fehlerhafte Abschlussrechnung ohne Entschuldigung und Abschiedsgruss.
