"No customer service!"

Location was convenient

We arrived at the hotel for early check-in. Upon arrival, while standing at the desk, we were told our reservation had been cancelled and we'd be receiving notification. Notification was emailed to me 5 minutes after we arrived. Staff was not helpful after they cancelled our reservation due to overbooking at their property. The manager offered to contact a sister property, kept us waiting for nearly an hour, did not update us once during this time. When we finally inquired again about any possible availability, they said they were waiting for a call back, but never attempted to contact the other hotel. I called the other property while sitting in the lobby, spoke to the reservation specialist immediately and was able to make my own reservation in less than 10 minutes. The lack of care or customer service at this location is despicable.

The room was clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating. Only complaint was the pull out bed wasn't made and only one sheet was in the room instead of two.
