I I have stayed in this hotel for 14 months for business. Upon my arrival the new hire front desk person, Jonathan could not find my 3 nights reservation. So he let me to stay 1 night and kicked me out to the street the following day. Jonathan gave me a receipt in the name of someone else and was extremely disrespectful to me. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. SOMEONE CAN HAVE NO PLACE TO STAY BECAUSE JONAtHAN does not know how to find reservations in the computer. I am extremely emotionally affected, by this individual

Another good stay with this hotel, first time at this location. Clean, friendly, relaxing, with no issues. Plenty of eating options located around hotel. Breakfast was good and hot. Room was clean and spacious, needed an extra pillow which staff provided with no issue.

Clean with modern fixtures and amenities. Friendly staff. Bed is stiff and pillows are flat, but everyone’s preferences are different. The breakfast wasn’t great.

"Really like the set up of the room with the privacy curtain and the kitchen was great and tv choice"

Location was great as there were many restaurants, grocery stores to get supplies to use in the kitchenettes. Staff was super kind especially the lady who checked us in and out. Wish we had her name but she had short gray hair and was just so nice and personable.

sorry to say but breakfast. Just too processed. Honestly similar to other hotels. suggestions are fresh fruit or cut up fruit salad or eggs that are not overcooked. some more healthy breads whole wheat or sourdough. healthier cereal choices like granola or muesli. But overall not bad just could be improved. Thank you.

"I was fraudulantly charged for the room and locked out - by a hostile hater who just shouldn't be in a people position"

This hotel was a nightmare!- I was checked in by a very nice person but the next day- a hostile different employee locked me out of my room- I had to call 911 eventually to get into the room and get my things- she was hateful and had "anti villages"people bumper stickers on her car- she forced me to use the bathroom with the door open to 4 adults- 1 male- and the hall door open - and charged me for the stay including taking my 20,000 points and not releasing an itemized bill until today- a year later- a police report was written- dont know what she lied about- but the kery card she made didnt' work and she refused to let me into the room to show my ID- clearly a discriminatory act violating protection laws for Seniors - Section 825.102- took it to the AG of Florida- theres a lot of better places to stay when you house hunt in Florida
