Coco Resort & Villas

The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. They should not have painted the showers etc as this has led to mold, at least in our case. All that said, for the price, the hotel is excellent, in general. We thank the staff for their kind attention during our stay.

First of all I’ll like to say the this place is a beautiful place to stay at. The pool is a breath taken. The place is a good location and easy to find. Also we like the people working at this place everyone was nice and very friendly people (the staff was great). We really like everything even the breakfast.but the pool 💯% the best of this place.saludos a todos los trabajadores. Y Gracias por su hospitalidad. Mi familia ya está recomendada. Esperamos verlos el Año que viene 👍🏼🙏🏼

The pool was what I like the most and the property is beautiful.

Hotel was dirty, the shower area had mold. They did not have someone clean the rooms daily either. The batteries on the controllers did not work and the room I was given smelled like cigarettes

No me gustó que al hacer el check in me cobraron más de lo que dice la aplicación.

el lugar es muy agradable, sobre todo la alberca y la comida. Arreglar un poco mas los detalles de las habitaciones que son amplias y cómodas pero unas mejores cortinas, arreglar la puertas ya que no cierran bien, y detalles de decoración. Por lo demás el lugar es para repetirlo.

Están bonitas las instalaciones, la comida del restaurante es buena, la piscina muy bonita igual, sin embargo falta quizá un poquito de mantenimiento a las áreas verdes, el minigolf y que sea más hospitalario el personal

El lugar está increíble!!! Super cerca de la ciudad pero en una zona muy aislada para su tranquilidad. La piscina está increible y su comida es muy buena. En servicio les falta un poco pero la verdad nada de que quejas. Fui con mi familia y la pasamos increíble los 3.

Bastante buena, quizá debería tener algunas amenidades en las habitaciones como shampoo y algunas toallas extra, pero en general estuvo excelente 😎👍
