The location and facilities

Poor resolution to issues. They didn’t have a resolution to WiFi, all they told me was that internet working fine in the reception area and not in the room. Query about availability of Salon, we were told that they would inform us but no one turned up. In the restaurant in the reception area, the service was pathetic, very slow and forgetfulness. We asked for ice and kept waiting.
