The layout and hot tub

Back yard area very unkept and the towel bars fell off the wall when we first got there. Hot water wasn’t working either.

The hot tub, the pool table, the bedrooms, the kitchen and the bathroom were all awesome

The hot water in the bathrooms lasted 5 mins maximum per use and would take forever to heat back up. The porches were extremely dirty from pollen, moss and tree droppings so much so that we couldn’t even sit on any of the top deck furniture. Some doors and windows should have a blind/curtain option. The public docks were impossible to find. Gutters need cleaned out. House could be a little cleaner.

"It was a wonderful three night stay in a fabulous home."

The house is located in a perfect location and very quiet. Yet it was still close to everything.

The kitchen utensils and pots and pans were very old and in bad shape. Some were dirty but they could not be cleaned. The dirt and food was baked on and could not be cleaned up.
