The fact it was antique and location was amazing!!!

Nothing bad to say - it was perfect!

Well located, comfortable bed, decent breakfast, would be a nice foyer in the summer, very reasonable prices.

Very poor plumbing. First room smelled very bad so we had to change to second room without smell, but had leak, and access to the bathroom was restricted as door only opened partway. Poor towel service. No tea and coffee facilities in the room. Steep difficult staircase. Could be cleaner.

Resepsiyondaki Mahmut Bey güleryüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Urfaya ilk gelişimizdi çok yardımcı oldu. Otel genel anlamda iyidi. Konforlu ve ortamda otantikti. Temizliği idare eder ama kahvaltı kesinlikle yeterli değildi. Konum açısından merkezi bi konuma sahip. Balıklı göl ve çarṣıya yürüme mesafesinde.

Gran Babil is situated in the historic center of Sanliurfa, close to the main attractions of the city (Balikligöl, Mevlid - i Halil Mosque, Castle, Kizilkoyun Necropolis, Mosaic Museum, etc.) My room was clean and nicely decorated, equipped with everything necessary for my stay. The bed s are comfortable and I slept there better than at home as all was quiet around.The wifi worked well. The tasty breakfast is served in the upper floor of the hotel, the meals are already prepared on the plates.Further you can make tea or coffee for you any time. There is also a sitting area in the yard down. If you want to use public transport from the main bus station, you can arrive there in just few minutes from the bus stop. The owner and all the staff are very kind and friendly, always ready to help you with anything you need.Thank you for everything! I chose the hotel for the second time and I am sure I will return again when I am back in Mezopotamia :)

musa bey çok iyiydi kaç kez gittim tercih ettiğim bi otel temizliği daha güzel olabilir geçen seneden beri kötü koku durumu var hâlâ bazı odalarında bazı klimalar odaları güzel ısıtmıyor camlar bazı odalarda açılmıyor bazı odalarda sandalye eksikliği var yani genel anlamada güzel fakat bu eksiklikler giderilirse eminim daha güzel bir ortam ve daha müşteri memnuniyeti sağlarlar

Mükkemmel bir yer tarihi bir mekan personeller ömer bey mahmut bey masum bey çok ilgili ve güleryüzlüler kesinlikle tavsiye ederim benim şanlıurfadaki evim haline geldi herşey için teşekkürler grand babil hotek ailesi

2 oda tuttuk bir tanesinde kalanlar gider kokusundan dolayı uyuyamadı. Onun haricinde otel iyiydi.

Wanted somewhere inexpensive to stay in the old town. This was the cheapest place on Hotels.com and had good reviews. I would recommend staying here to anyone who isn’t worried about their room being perfect. Instead they are happy with somewhere simple and good value for money. I would happily stay here again. Great location in the old town a short/shortish walk from everything you want to see.
