Wonderful location just a stone throw from Kovalam beach. The room provided was air conditioned, beat and required amenities. The hotel staff was super cooperative and always ready to serve.

The hotel has a solar water heater for providing hot water as such during cloudy days the availability of hot water was the issue

Spotlessly clean hotel, attentive staff nothing is a problem. Room fine, A/C and ceiling fan , TV which you can access Prime and Netflix if you have an account. Wet room shower with plenty of hot water, some rooms have balconies, so check when booking.Complimentary breakfast was freshly prepared and excellent. Hotel located on the beach, beach is worked by the local fishermen upto about 11:00 most days, very little hassle from beach hawker’s. Four or five restaurants within easy walking, loads more a tuk- tuk away. Mixed nationality guests including Indian . Many guests have been returning for many years , understandable. Experienced manager on duty every day with very capable staff in attendance. A most enjoyable stay

Booked a double deluxe room but got a standard room at the price of a double deluxe room... And manager was also not present to attend to the problem.... And their staff was not even taking responsibility....

Perfect location, spacious and clean rooms.

The breakfast was not buffet, so need to ask for food every time. And options were bit limited. Also there is no coffee or tea available after 6 PM. Otherwise everything was good.

Breakfast was very good, room was a little tired. location was good albeit surrounding area could be cleaner

Place could do with renovating as in a very good location and staff were friendly and really helpful.
