"Beautiful holiday home!"

The house is beautiful! The property was well kept and clean. Location was convenient if you drive. The concierge service/reception desk was manned 24hrs and responded quickly and adequately to our needs/queries. On the 2nd night, we were disturbed by loud banging noises from the tenants upstairs late into the night - probably kids running and jumping around. When the noise continued on past 10pm, we called the reception desk for assistance and the matter was resolved quickly and amicably.

The large laundry room which was part of our rental, was a separate unit/room from our apartment. We have to access it via a separate locked entrance - across the common corridor - and doubled as a storage for cleaning supplies which the cleaning contractors had access to. We were therefore uncomfortable doing our laundry and/or leaving some of our belongings in the room, and ended up not utilising it.
