Clean, fresh and great location for terminal 2

first of all we do not have soap in room, called and requested it. they delivered some liquid soap heavily diluted with water. how expensive is soap?

No sky sports. Couldnt watch cricket

This was a great place to arrive after a long flight from overseas. We appreciated the thoughtful care for jetlagged travelers. The in-house restaurant is excellent, and there are many amenities afforded that create a restful sleep after a long flight.

This is a good place to stay when you need to overnight at Manchester Airport. It's a very short walk from thew front door of Terminal 2 through the car park to the hotel. Check-in was fast and efficient, and the room was clean and had everything that we needed.

Hotel was lovely. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spotless. The main negative was the sofa bed was so uncomfortable. My children stayed awake all night. They both complained the bed was too uncomfortable. If they changed the beds then would definitely stay again

A 10 minute walk from the terminal 2. Better than the typical airport hotel. Very good restaurant, reservations saved us a 30 minute wait.

The property was great and super handy being so close to the airport! The staffing needs some tweaking as we waited over an hour to be served our dinner. Other than that, no complaints!
