Spacious 4 bedroom house - Moira Lodge by Tŷ SA

The house was in a good location and the check-in process was easy. The messages were simple and helpful.

The shower on the top floor was scalding hot and couldn’t be altered. Thankfully, there was a second bathroom for us to use. There was no spatula (egg flipper) in the utensils provided, which was frustrating when cooking breakfast. Also the ignition on the oven is not working, a lighter was supplied but a box of matches would have been safer when using the cooker. The house is in need of some TLC in some areas, i.e paint work, carpets( stairs) the gripper rod can be felt under foot in some places. Whilst the house was very clean, it had a stale smell of damp. Disappointed that the garden was un-useable particularly as the weather was nice, and would be a lovely little spot. The previous occupants rubbish was just discarded in the garden too.

Location and size. It was really comfortable.

Lots of space very good location and close to the town centre and comfortable beds and good central heating, also having two large bath rooms was a god send

The house could do with some finishing touches, it was a little bit annoying that none of the bedside lamps were actually plugged in and there were no wall sockets anywhere near them also there was quite a bit of mess in the back garden this didn't exactly affect the Stay but it would of been nice to have been cleaned

Spacious and well located

There was loads of flies, dead and alive in the bedroom. Candy wrappers were left outside in the yard. Not properly cleaned before our arrival

The basics were covered.

Not so much didn’t like, but a large oven tray would be advantageous aswell as either matches or a gas lighter given the ignition on the hob doesn’t work.

The fact that the beds had dirt on, we had to wash all the glasses when we arrived we found a dead rat in the garden photo proof, smelt damp in the front room there was old bins outside, pictures didn’t match the property. Black mould above cupboards. The sitting area by the back doors one chair looked like it had been attacked, 2 other chairs where not able to be used to to them wobbling, in the front room the sitting chair legs wearing on properly, In the upstairs bedroom in the middle as you walk in floor underneath the carpet was giving way, down stairs toilet had sever dirt in. Tidy. Beds were nice. Clean.

Couldn't get normal TV on the TV. Squeaky front door.
