Convenient location

The main door is too loud, guess also loud during night time, no door sings to let the staff know if I want roomservice or not been disturb, No way to communicate to management, I desided to check out 3 days before no way to relax with that much noise. All instructions are on a piece of paper and on a WhatsApp text. Not good that all

I wish I could rate this place better. It has great potential. Just minor details that can be addressed.

They need to fix the doors so they don't slam shut. All day and night you'll hear banging doors, especially the main entrance door. Paper thin Walls so you can hear your neighbor's conversation and activities.

The room was clean and in a good location.

Too much noise coming from everywhere. Very inconsiderate neighbors and staff.

The room was spacious and clean. The location was pretty good, near the Metro station. Self check-in was fast and easy.

If you're looking for peace and quiet, this is not the place. The main entrance is a big metal door that spring loads shut. It's extremely loud upon closing. Through the night and early morning it keeps banging! I was not able to get a decent night's rest. The bathroom window is fixed to be open at all times, so sounds comes in thru there as well. The cleaning staff is very inconsiderate, playing music in the early morning while cleaning the rooms, while others try to sleep in. Terrible pillows. The bed was not too comfy. Weak WiFi.

Very dirty. The bed linen had not been changed after the previous guests. It was stained with blood. In my opinion, this is unacceptable. The room is also very noisy.

We liked the location. It was walking distance to the mall and to Calaverandia, which is why we stayed there.

The faucet in the bathroom didn't work very well. We did report it when we left.
