Limpeza e localização

Fiz reserva no Resort Internacional Di Roma, porém, quando fui fazer meu check in, nao tinha nenhuma reserva em meu nome. A recepção entrou em contato com a anfitriã Silvana e a mesma disse que não tinha mais flat disponível e me transferiu para outro empreendimento. Em nenhum momento ela entrou em contato comigo me informando essa situação. Péssima comunicação! E ainda me colocou em um flat em frente a área de lazer, muito barulhento. Não recomendo e não voltaria!

A localização do hotel é muito boa a limpeza ok e funcionários bem atenciosos.

O cheiro da privada do banheiro estava bem ruim. O café da manhã com pouca variedade, a máquina do café não estava funcionando.
