Casa del Mar 182-Turtle Haven

Beautiful area right on the beach. The room was small, but nice. Lots of things to do. 2 pools, no hot tub. Had a blast

Place was great but there was a dog smell We were gone most of the time accept for night time but the smell I could not stand

Overall we enjoyed our stay. There was no fitted sheet for the pull-out sofa bed. There are no blankets so bring your own. The pool was great. The balcony door didn't work right. The view was good though.

We love coming here for vacation the kids always love it. We love that the rooms have a beach view from the balcony and 2 great pools also it’s so nice to have security on site looking after our vehicles/safety. We stayed in turtle haven and it was decorated so nicely and was fully furnished. The kids loved everything about it! Would highly recommend.

The toaster was a fire hazard. The ceiling by the vents in the kitchen needs to be cleaned.

It was a great place to stay the decor of the room was very pretty and beachy. Balcony was a wonderful place to go out and set and enjoy the beach scene. Will be staying there again. Price was good for what we got.

Nice resort, easy access and priced right

I liked the location by the water. We could watch the waves from our small balcony. A bonus.

At the price for the stay they should provide all the toilet paper needed. Also we had to check for fry pans. Had to call and maintenance brought them over, but that is something kitchen should be checked for. The outlet on the wall was not flush into the wall, and it sparked when I put my charger into it. This is something that should be checked by maintenance with the safety inspection checklist before guests arrive. While I appreciate turtles, there was too many décor pieces laying around in. There were very few spaces in the living room, where you have a space to set anything. I did like having a kitchen there and that was adequate, however, the bunk beds were very narrow- not how they look in the photos on website. only the size for very small children and should be clearly described that way in the property description. Had to go out at night for toilet paper. Should have 8 rolls for guests. Not expensive and helps the customer. Last, kitchen could furnish cooking oil/spray and salt and pepper. Would be a nice touch. There is absolutely nothing in kitchen re spices, salt/pepper, cooking oil, nothing. So if you’re hungry, you have to pack it in and if you arrive late at night, you still have to get food to eat. I request the owner for a refund for 2 nights in a room with unsafe outlet that sparked. The safety check must notice an outlet that stuck out loosely from bedroom wall. Not safe, in fact dangerous. Next time I will choose to stay in an Airbnb, which always offers something in the way of food -at least salt and pepper and cooking spray and some toiletries and toilet paper provided throughout the stay - replenished. Also, please go through the condo and remove most decor on horizontal surfaces including the bedroom so that the customer has a place to put their things. A little bit of turtle decor goes a long way. Bath towels and bedspread in the bedroom drawers. Need all four drawers since that is the only storage.

There was room to sleep for all of us so we didn't have to get separate rooms.

Checking in was confusing the clerks kept saying they had nothing to do with the property we thought we were checking in with the hotel not private property. It was the same with checking out. There was no frying pan in the kitchen so we had to use the 2 pots they gave us to cook everything. The property itself was damaged in 2 spots. My mother trip coming in the living room the 1st day there.
