Within the first day the front door handle broke off. The washing machine spin cycle failed to work. Three days before we were due to leave they had painters there painting. They successfully got paint splattered on my rental car. I called Ryann rentals and never heard back from them after my initial complaint. Hopefully I’m not stuck paying rental car damage. Another person staying with us got paint on his car as well.

Needs major updating,broken lamps,switches don't work,many plugs don't work,floors in kitchen coming up, horrible smells in master bath, Jacuzzi tub had black stuff coming out of jets,tiki bar was full of stuff and major ammonia smell from likely rodent infestation..doors to tiki bar would not open all the way...old lumber lying around in different places ... location and view were great but price does not match what was advertised

Location was perfect

Walked into a complete mess! Sink still had dirty dishes in it, shingle wrappers on the couch along with shingle debris all over the couches and floor, upstairs toliet doesn't work, leaving you with only 1 bathroom, siding falling off, water on the floor from leaks in the ceiling. Very strong cat urine odor by the tiki bar, unable to use because of the smell. Roofing nails all over the deck and driveway. Broken chairs at the kitchen table. Had to leave for 2 hours after we got there for a cleaning crew to come clean, then was not able to get ahold of anyone after that to fix any issues we had during the stay. Definitely never staying here again. Would not recommend anyone to stay here.

Plenty of space. Great location. The beds were comfy. AC worked well. Plenty of hot water for all of us. Loved having the grandparents be able to sit on the porch to watch the kids play in the ocean.

The photos taken must’ve been when the place was brand new. It’s definitely been lived in since then. A lot of it is in need of some love from the owners. The floor is coming up in places. Badly enough where we all had to buy house shoes to keep from running a foot into a breaking tile sticking up. Ice maker didn’t work. But instead leaked the whole time. Dishwasher had a horrible smell so we didn’t use it. Meaning we washed dishes all week while on vacation. We were never told when trash pick up was. It’s Mondays by the way!! So we came into a full outside trash can and had no where to put our trash all week. So it piled up in the kitchen. The very bottom floor did not have a picnic table pictured. And the tiki bar smelled of horrible animal urine. Absolutely unusable. A lot of lightbulbs and small things need to be replaced. Like I said, it needs some love. Please put some money back into the place! It could be great!

I loved the view. The house had everything we needed. All the beds were comfortable.

The porch needs more lights at night. It needs a cover for the day. In general some touch ups . One of the down stairs bedroom could use a ceiling fan.
