"Horrible! Booking is terrible, host is no answer and rats in the condo!"

Location and the pools

Service!! There were rats in the condo and when I messaged Ryson there was no response. A pest control came out and removed the rat and the next night there were two more. We packed our stuff and left at midnight! Disgusting! What is worse is I received no response from anyone for days!!

Dentro del condominio hay cucarachas y pensamos hay ratones porque se comieron nuestras frutas y la regadera mucha costra sucuio

"Good enough for a good price"

Good location. Generally a nice rental but could definitely stand some upgrades. The LR furniture was older and stained and the BR had an old shag carpet that didn’t feel good on bare feet. Kitchen and bath were great. Overall clean enough except a couple of things were missed (gunk in the kitchen sink and a remote that needed a good scrub).

Nice condo, property has 2 pools. Right across the street from the beach and next to Walmart. Very convenient.
