Loved the location. The condo was absolutely great! Definitely would stay agian.

There really isn't anything I didn't like..

The place was very clean and spacious. Everything was very accessible. The closet in the bedroom is huge. I loved the back porch area, it was very relaxing. The rocking chair was especially comfortable on the porch. We would definitely come back again. This is our second visit to this property and once again, we were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you for a very comfortable stay. We will be returning!

The only issue we had was the sofa bed. My son tried sleeping on it and the mattress sunk in on one side and it wasn't very comfortable. The mattress or the framing on it probably needs to be replaced. Could be from wear and tear over time. So he ended up sleeping on one of the twin beds instead which was very comfortable. We have no complaints, honestly, and the sofa bed was not enough to give a horrible review on. Everything else was great!

The floors and shower could have been cleaner. The ac drain off runs into the shower.. smelt of mold.

Great location to the beach and a great price.

It was pretty small to sleep 6 people. It came with two cots. One had to be set up next to the table which made it hard to get into the kitchen. Also the instructions to pay for parking need to be clearer. They told us we needed to pay for parking, but not instructions on how. We finally figured out that you have to go to the desk or at least to the door and scan a QR code.

Unit was clean and comfy. It is close to the pool and the gate to get to the beach. The porch has a clear view of the beach. Perfect for morning coffee and evening relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with small appliances, and ice maker in the full size fridge, and all the necessities to cook. The master bed was comfy. A huge walk in closet held 2 roll away beds. Excellent location on the Seawall. Walking distance to restaurant, gas station and a super store for groceries and anything else you need.

The location and the facility pools and hot tub were exceptional. The unit has a washer and dryer which is great and the closet is very large. The ac worked very well. The maintenance came and serviced clogged tub, quickly and adequately. Overall the unit was nice, but I do not recommend for more than 4 people because of bathroom size and space for the beds. It could use some upgrades in basic room amenities.

The heated pool heater was out, which was a bummer because it's still quite chilly in March, but kids still used it. The description on booking is inaccurate for both the free parking and the type of beds available. There are not "2 twin beds" in this unit. There are 2 twin sized rollaways that are very low to the ground and very crappy jist as rollaways are. This was not indicated anywhere or in the property mgmt contract; Had we known, we probably wouldn't have booked. The booking.com description says free parking everywhere and the property mgmt contract does not mention a cost for parking, but I received an email 3 days before arrival that said $40 per vehicle. I had to escalate to property mgmt supervisor in order to be refunded $80 for the cost of 2 parking passes. I appreciated the refund to pay for the passes, but the effort to get the refund and the fact that there were 2 major pieces of information that were miscommunicated was annoying. Also, being told multiple times that it is booking.com's fault and I should book through their site directly is a total cop out. People don't book directly all the time, this is 2025; if they wanted to push for direct bookings, then they shouldn't list this unit on booking.com. And I didn't care whose fault it was that the information wasn't accurate, it was a very annoying to deal with. It'd probably just be easier to check the listing for accuracy. Neither the bedding, pillows, or towels was enough. The beds overall were not great, and there were only 2 real pillows in the whole unit. The rest were throw pillows. There were also only throw blankets (and sheets) to cover the sleeper sofa and the rollaways; no real, full sized blankets aside from the main bed. They provided 1 set of towels each for 6 people, which is not enough. There should be at least 2 full sets of towels for 6 people, even with a washer/dryer.
