Not much to be honest, I guess the hot tub was the best feature. As long as we weren’t heckled by the staff..

We were literally treated like trash. And I don’t say this lightly. Myself, husband, 3 children and our 2 mothers went on this trip with us… and we were treated like we were charity that were being housed for free when we paid almost 1300$ for a 4 night stay. Condo was sub par. Not clean by any means, extremely out dated and poorly taken care of. I DO NOT recommend for a young family if you’re trying to let your kids be free and play. Oh also the 2nd bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush, sink wouldn’t by drain, the tile was lifted so bad my 3 year old fell and cut her foot TWICE. Power was also over for over 2 hours in the dark.. no AC or water… think of dealing with that with 3 littles. There were 7 of us in the condo, and there were 5 TOWELS!!! For apparently the pool and to shower. When we decided to not use them for the pool we were shamed for being in swimsuits without a towel… I would describe it as sneaking back into your mother’s house at age 15… we also had to purchase our own dish soap, laundry soap, trash bags, towels, coffee, toilet paper… and then they had the nerve to treat us like absolute trash. We will NEVER be back here and I will warn anyone I know to NEVER stay here. Absolutely disturbed by this experience that cost us 1300$ for our kids spring break. THUMBS DOWN!!!

Die Unterkunft hat einen schönen Blick aufs Meer, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, die Betten waren bequem und der Pool/Whirlpool toll.

Durch die Bilder wussten wir, dass die Möbel im Wohnzimmer älter sind. Leider waren sie stark abgewohnt und teilweise dreckig. Es standen mehr Möbel rum, als auf den Bildern. Dadurch wirkte es vollgerümpelt. Alte Scheuerleisten lagen am Rand. Gleichzeitig fehlte ein Wohnzimmertisch. Die Balkontür ging schwer auf und zu und war nicht abschließbar. Die Gardine im Schlafzimmer schloss nicht richtig, wodurch es selbst im 11. Stock durch die Straßenbeleuchtung taghell war. Außerdem ließen die Fenster den Straßenlärm durch. Auf dem Balkon gab es nur 2 Stühle am Tisch (auch hier waren die Möbel verwittert), am Tresen 3 Stühle. Somit gab es für uns 4 keine Möglichkeit zusammen zu sitzen und zu essen. Das Gebäude liegt direkt gegenüber eines Helikopterlandeplatzes, der den ganzen Tag Rundflüge anbietet, startet und landet. Hierdurch war es auf dem Balkon sehr laut. Der Fitnessraum ist für Gäste nur von Freitag bis Sonntag nutzbar (nicht im Angebot angegeben) und wir mussten während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht abnehmbare Armbänder tragen zur Markierung. Das störte uns sehr und hatten wir bei einer Ferienwohnung nicht erwartet!

Very nice pool!

First off the front desk didn’t have my reservation, the lady was rude and wouldn’t take my reservation number to even try to look it up. The pool was not available, which was not communicated to me until I got there There was no bbq pit available, the one that was working had to be reserved and it was already reserved. Dishes were in the dishwasher when we arrived. The page says it sleeps 8, well there’s no possible way 8 adults can sleep in that tiny room. The pictures on here are very deceiving, makes you think you have a nice big balcony in your room, not the case. Painting on the walls needs alot of work Elevator had blankets hanging Very disappointed with the place, when I had hoped it was as nice as the pictures. I will say that when I had to call the company about my reservation, she was super nice and helpful. Will not return

Had a great time. Room is sizable and property management makes you feel welcome. Kids loved the game room and the pool.

The place was perfect for a trip with my 2 daughters and a friend! It was wonderful to hangout inside the place, on the balcony with a cup of coffee, in the pool and watching a movie in the theater! Everyone was so friendly! We enjoyed going to the beach to watch sunrises, visiting Pleasure Pier, Galveston Bookstore and ate fantastic. I highly recommend this place and I don’t often write reviews.
