Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Kingsport

The Coffee was very good, everything else looked great. We did not eat anything except the fruit.

When I checked in at the front desk, I informed the staff that it would be my wife and I only. We booked for 3 which is why we wanted two beds. Our grandson could not make it, so I asked if we could get a king bed for the same price. He said they had one left and said it would be the same price. Well when I checked out and turned in my room keys they said my receipt would be Emailed. I never questioned the cost because I assumed that it would be the same as the quote I have online. My total cost was supposed to be $373.65, well when I was able to check my Credit Card statement, I was charged $420.66. I am now totally disappointed and feel like I was deceived. I think whoever is in charge there should explain to me why.

Cleanliness, convenient

The night person working the desk was literally a godsend! We got in so late for our stay and he got us milk for our toddler because he knew we were exhausted! Give him a raise!

I stayed here for a basketball tournament. Hotel was full of kids who wanted to get in the pool. The pool is very very small. Everything else was great. Breakfast was really good. Staff was very friendly

We were leaving early to catch a flight (4 am). I went to the front desk (there was usually no one there. You had to call out to get someone’s attention) I asked for coffee supplies because the breakfast wouldn’t be available and I was told that they had run out and no room coffee was available. Also, when we got to the room the first day, on our first morning I discovered that the room’s coffee maker was broken. I almost burned myself with the coffee machine.
