The facilities were run down, the bed was uncomfortable, the unit was dark, the shower head was really low, there were no coffee filters, and the furniture was uncomfortable.

location, accessibility to store and restaurants, heated pool, barbecue grills, pickle ball, and the gym. Owners/location managers very responsive to our requests.

These are not complaints, they are friendly suggestions. It was a little outdated. An updated coffee maker, fridge that cools better and patio. Furniture. Overall it was nice n comfy. We would come back! Thumbs up! 😎

Persistent leak in the bathroom AC unit. Literally could not use the toilet without getting wet. Alerted host and they promised someone would call or come look at it, but no one ever came. They simply ignored me as I had to use all available towels in the unit, plus my own, from preventing the bathroom from flooding during the entire stay. The original décor of the room was significantly better than the crap they renovated it to. It's actually a joke. The decorations in the unit are the stock photo frames and are duplicated multiple times throughout the unit. You're going to feel like it's soulless, because it is. Everything is painted in loser Millennial gray and they'll make you feel like an NPC as you're forced to gaze upon the multiple bedazzled pictures of the same NY skyline stock photography. DANGER YOU MAY SEVERELY INJURE YOURSELF OR PERISH: The master bedroom's layout is guaranteed to cause you injury as the sharp corners of the bedframe meet the oversized vanity at a point, creating no viable pathway to the closet. Seriously, if you're over the age of 50, or any mobility issues, you may actually die in this room if you need to use the bathroom in the middle of the night as you're forced to crawl/jump over your sleeping companion to a 2ft x 2ft space by the door. Make sure to stick it, otherwise you're in for a bad time. It's lipstick on a pig. If you're going to stay in a pig, might as well stay in a hotel where you're not paying a non-advertised $35 resort fee just to have proximity to a beach. For less than what they charge, you'll have a significantly better experience at the Springhill Suites in Galveston. You'll gain access to unlimited towels, no stupid resort fee, no leaky AC unit, and not risk injuring yourself in trying to crawl into or out of bed. The ONLY downside, you'll need to drive 5 minutes to the beach vs walking across the street. In summary: Stay away from this pig.

We booked the apartment for a family of 5. the kids are 11, 8 and 4. The little one slept in the bed with us (bed didn’t seem to be stable). The middle child slept in the other bed and the oldest had to sleep on the couch (no sleeping couch). The AC made the ceiling in the bathroom drip water heavily. We informed the reception and one day later a man showed up (one day later than we were told). He couldn’t fix the problem because the AC was installed wrong. We had to use buckets to not flood the bathroom. The furniture is not the one from the photos. We had to let the kids picnic on the balcony.

The pool and being next to the beach was perfect. The kids loved it. Parking situation was very good. The people at the reception were very friendly, helpful and polite.

My family had an absolutely fantastic time! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at ease. The safety and security measures were top-notch, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our stay fully. Our kids were particularly thrilled with the pool; it quickly became their favorite spot to splash around and have fun. The location is truly unbeatable. It's nestled in a quiet, quaint area that offers a cozy and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for unwinding. We loved exploring the surroundings and discovering charming local spots. Overall, we cherished every moment spent there, creating memories that we'll hold dear. We're already looking forward to our next visit and can't wait to return for another wonderful experience!

Everything was wonderful. But i had an issue with stove top not working and no blender .Called to let them know about issue. They handled it quickly.

The small refrigerator, stove top didn't work no blender. But, it all was handled. Just please put the blender back in the other unit.That you'll took. Upon bringing me a new blender and a stove top cooker.
