"Great location and great staff. Everyting was easy"

Great location and lovely rooftop terrace. Overall very convenient and comfortable for a few nights in Porto Moniz. Close to the natural pools and free parking. Really good communication from the staff!

Property was overall good. Unfortunately, quite a lot of hair was left in the bathroom when we arrived.

The room was nice and clean and with a great balcony. The kitchen had everything needed for a meal.

The shower leaked water to the floor under the sink. The baby's cot was nice but the mattress was a bit thin and couldn't wear the adjustable sheets.

I liked everything except the system of collecting the keys on arrival.

A contactless system of collecting keys is complicated a little bit. There are two keys: from the apartment building and the apartment itself (code). I had to fill in the link I got with my booking confirmation. However, after filling it 2 times it didn't work, so I had to contact the property. It was nice that the property was helpful in assisting in solving the problem via WhatsApp.
