It was a lovely stay

Really breathtaking gardens with the Springs. No wifi, but ethernet...so only one person can be online at a time. Seems like they make a point not wanting people to be online!

Frist night our sheets were not clean and staff initially put the blame on us. Other then that a great beautiful place to stay.

My wife and I were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary!!! I surprised her with a staycation. I was looking for something quiet and quaint. We vacation allot with our kids. This was one of 4 short trips alone in our 16 years. We couldn’t have been more happy with this place. The staff was amazing and friendly with a personal touch. The grounds were a very comfortable romantic setting. I would suggest this location to anyone looking for a quiet relaxing get away.

No WiFi - not good if on business Front deck staff could be a little more attentive - except for check in on Thursday she seemed more experienced and was wonderful Otherwise showed up 1-1/2 hr late Saturday morning Asked for a taxi and they informed me they don’t do that request ? Never saw housekeeping in 3 days however was Easter weekend - possibly all on holiday

Charming, historical property, which is fine for a night but perhaps challenging for a longer stay. The air conditioner in our room would make a loud rumbling sound periodically. As expected, bath area was small with almost no space to set down items. But there was a Keurig, a fridge, and a ceiling fan, which are nice. The hotel is by a mineral spring, so expect the odor from it.

Great ambiance, one person at a time using the internet in the room. Could hear the people next door a bit. Great to have free coffee and tea in the morning.

The property was beautiful. The rooms were new, but the hotel is old. You can hear everything. We had a neighbor coughing all night long and it sound like she was in the room with us. There is no pool. The hotel had a weird smell. I don’t know it’s from the flooding of the hurricane. The food at the hotel was awful. There is no microwave. It’s definitely not worth the price we paid. We would never stay there again. We were very shocked at how well it was rated and then to arrive there how much different it was. The spa was nice too probably the only thing that saved it was how wonderful the spa was. Again definitely not a 9.2 hotel. Not even close.
