Very nice, stylish and clean accommodation in a close proximity to the Old Town. We will definitely stay there again :)

Nice room, with excellent AC. Enjoyed chilling out on the balcony too.

Really clean, super comfy bed! It had everything we needed and was really close to the centre of split. It was a 5 minute walk to all of the restaurants and shops, not noisy in the evenings either.

Fantastic property in a Fantastic location .But firstly the property manager Tomas was absolutely fantastic, nothing was a bother to him. Even at 11pm when my adult children locked their keys in the room he was immediately contactable and came straight away. He was so pleasant and kind with every interaction, recommending restaurants and places to visit. He is the nicest guy and I hope he gets well paid because he is a true asset to the owner of this building.. Easy walking distance to everything. I am travelling with my 4 adult children and felt safe to walk to shops and restaurants during the day and night as it’s only a short distance. Rooms were beautiful with a little balcony off the room. A small fridge is in the room with a nice cold bottle of water in the fridge. Little kettle with teabags ,clean cups, wine glasses and normal glasses also in the room. It was really the perfect spot in Split. I can highly recommend this property and Tomas. It made our trip to Split very special.
