Amazing location, friendly staff:)

Just make sure you don’t have too much luggage. We had a small room, so there wasn’t a chance to open a suitcase 🙂‍↕️

The room was only cleaned on request but when cleaned it's was done well. I asked for our room to be cleaned and it wasn't done. Our safe didn't work and I noticed a trap for pest/insects in our room. The shower was hot but the room was smaller than expected, there was no reception or lift.

Rooms were modern and comfortable. Karlos met us for check-in which was quick and easy. Very short walk to the historic city center. Could hear other guests at times, but well worth the stay for the value, convenience, and comfort.

Convenient to Old Town - just a quick walk through Diocletians Palace. Marko (?) was waiting for our arrival and absolutely secure and comfy.

Location was excellent. Host provided several sites for all amenities.

Lovely apartment, and a great location only 5 minute walk from Diocletian's Palace. Really clean, and comfy beds. We booked the terrace room and loved sitting outside of a morning/evening.

Only downside is that the communication from staff wasn't great. We received no information about check-out in terms of where to leave the key etc. so I called the number I was given multiple times to find out, but no answer. I then sent a message to inform staff where I had left the key, and hope this is okay. Again, the message wasn't even read or responded to. It has now been almost 2 weeks and I haven't heard back. Bit of a disappointing note to leave on, but overall the apartment worked for us in terms of comfort and location for a 2 night stay.

The location was perfect, just outside old town, 4 min walk from the public market (lots of affordable clothing and goods as well as fresh food and even laundry service for 15€ to wash and dry), 5 min walk from the bus stop (use the ticket machine besde the seats to buy a day pass for 4€). The room was surreal, beautiful yet modern exactly as seen in the photos. Comphy bed, great shower, ac, fridge, safe. The host was as accommodating as anyone could possibly be. We loved our stay and wouldn't hesitate to book there again.

The location is just outside of the old city walls. It is very good for those travelling from the airport by bus which stops near to the mansion's location. Also, the outdoor activities that I booked where starting at approximately 10-min walking distance locations in the city of Split (along the waterfront and the port).

The room I booked was at the ground floor, and had only one window that could not be easily opened (protected by a mosquito net). Moreover, this window did not have a good view outside (looking towards the close courtyard wall). Therefore, if you plan to stay in the room for a few hours during the day, consider that the natural light and view are very poor. A bit more thorough cleaning of the room is recommended.
