We had some problems with the water heater that was causing the electricity to cut off, but the owner came to fix it himself and was great, so no hard feelings

Nothing in terms of the apartment itself. Just the location of the apartment for us was is slightly too far from the center. But this aspect could be a benefit for others and therefore quite individual.
