"Ten great days and nights at Embassy Suites"

Would definitely come back here. Already looking to plan our next trip. This place is extremely clean. The service here is above and beyond. They easily have the biggest and best breakfast on the island. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. Always greeted with a hello or how are you ? We felt very safe and secure here as well.

"Second and last visit to this 'resort'"

Room was incredibly humid. Clothes were damp from just being in the closet - very strange. The room was clean, which was the only plus. View was terrible. Hotel staff is extremely unfriendly. With the exception of the wait staff at the pool - staff seems annoyed and put out by even a simple greeting. Omelette station needs better cooks.

The beach and lack of seating for this resort, we were kicked out of where we were sitting three times because it was reserved for specific resorts. That was unfortunate but outside of that we had a good time!

Só não gostei da TV não ter acesso para netflix ou outros app. Precisei comprar um cabo de conexão para utilizar meu laptop na TV. Mas o tamanho da TV é muito boa.
