Location was excellent for shopping and bars and Restaurants. Hotel staff was friendly and knowledgeable and very polite. Would definitely go back.

TV not working, told we will only be given an alternative room the next day but we were only there for one night

Staff are excellent.

Really need to sort the toilets downstairs in main area. They either need to fix them promptly or have more of them.

24 hour access as arrived following a late flight. Comfortable room, decent breakfast, good location.

Decor a bit tired in common areas, staff some more helpful than others. We're given a twin room instead of a double despite having booked a double and told nothing could be done, was obvious our room had been given to someone who had arrived earlier. In the morning we raised the issue before breakfast, first member of staff was not interested but eventually another offered free breakfast which was acceptable.

Zimmer okay und auch ruhig, Zimmer super sauber und komfortabel, das Personal ist freundlich. Der Hinweis auf den Rabatt fürs Parkhaus gegenüber hätte auch früher kommen können, das Parken ist schon teuer. Leider ist der Bereich Rezeption, Bar. Restaurant alles eins und hier könnte es wirklich sauberer sein.
