The room was poor quality, we could hear people arguing in the next room, music was playing until 2am, staff was very unhelpful getting resolved. So glad it was only one night

The location is great and is close to many businesses. It made it easy to order from restaurants and grocery stores. It is also close to medical facilities and has easy freeway access. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Disability accessible bathroom was great, tiled from wall to wall, and non-slip. Staff was all helpful and friendly. Air conditioner worked great. Dishes and silverware and cookware were provided with the room, but no drying rack. Stovetop worked great as well as the un-vented microwave.

We had the disability accessible room… on the second floor. To get to our room, we had to go through an access door, up an elevator, through 2 more access doors, and finally to our room. We had a non-smoking king suite, but the hallway and room was flooded with marijuana smell all night, every night we were there. The floor in the room left our feet black- though it had been swept, it probably hadn’t been mopped for a long time (see photo for demonstration; used a wet bit of TP and wiped the floor). Some basic housekeeping tasks had been neglected- there were crumbs and a plastic toothpick-flosser left on the floor near a small trash pale in the room, dust on the fixtures, furniture, and bed-frame. This was not ideal after surgery. The three chairs in the room were filthy- one was a cushioned seat with dirty arms, one of the chairs at the table was dirty, and the other chair at the table had some questionable stains on it. The outlet in the bathroom, though functioning, was not properly mounted in the electrical box. The hairdryer was non-functional. There was a dent in the drywall near the door. Drain-flies were a constant issue and the sink plug had to remain in to keep them at bay.
