USthe location; I never had to wait for the bathroom, other than once, I went on another floor. I didn't see anyone on my floor. Even though it was a shared bathroom, it felt I was the only one.
The building was a little older. The stairs were narrow and tough to get upstairs with a suitcase and without an elevator.
USThe Bay Village suites appear to be converted townhomes into short-term stays. They are exceptionally located in the center of Boston. For the price, you will likely not find anything in the same zone. Accessing the building and the room was easy, as you are issued a key code before arrival. Additionally, if you need contact with the property manager, it is pretty easy using the app. The condition of the building and room were as expected. Not a 5-star hotel, but also affordable for anyone on a budget.
I visited during the first week of December, and it was quite cold. The heating in the room was provideded by a portable heat pump, which functioned very well. However, because the building is fairly old, the window was not insulated and caused the heat pump to turn on and off frequently through the night making it a little difficult to sleep.

They didn’t clean the room during my 5 night stay which is very disappointing also their front door code didn’t work all the times. I had to wait outside for more than half an hour to get into the building.

CZThis building is a bit adventurous but has a spirit. All worked as promised, and I have enjoyed my stay more than in a boring impersonal Hilton. Maybe not for people preferring a high level of comfort, but invincible in terms of price, location, cosiness.
The bathrooms are not in the best shape (water temperature, shampoo marking), but sufficient.
