环境、房间、服务及卫生都很不错，距酒店几百米的地方还有一个很好的超市，有丰富的食品和基本生活用品的选择。我们在这儿住了两晚，很满意！

入住时酒店从信用卡扣了我300加币的押金（预授权），为什么到今天还没退还（解除预授权）？？？ 这点与我在酒店前台办理退房手续时前台工作人员给的1~2天内就退还的承诺完全不一致，严重影响了贵店的诚信度，让人非常不理解。

We loved that the hotel is located at the lake, not far from ski slopes.

The sofa bed that my 15-year old son was sleeping on was a little short for him.
