The hotel is located in a very reachable area. Loads of restaurants, cafes and bars around. Easy access to touristy places.

The cleanliness in the room could have been better. There were spots on the sheets and hairs. Could also spot a cockroach in one of the rooms that we booked. There was a cigarette stench in the bedrooms even though they were all non-smoking ones.

The beds were comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The quality of the room was well-maintained, and everything was clean and in good condition. The bathroom was also satisfactory. Overall, I was very pleased with my experience for night stay.

The jet spray in the bathroom was difficult to operate due to its tightness. There was no hair dryer provided in the bathroom. The in-house bar offers packed food, cookies, and snacks, but they charge more than the listed MRP and add additional GST at the time of billing. The food quality and breakfast options were disappointing. The staff's behavior was not very professional. The view from the room window overlooks a mall, compromising privacy, and they charge extra for this view. Parking space only for 3 to 4 private vehicle.

In the hotel are almost local guests, the staff is good. The breakfast is OK, but has many traditional food and some basics of international. If you like it or not depends on one person's taste

The hotel seems to be quite modern but they don't take care of the cleaning, the bed clothes were dirty and we had to tell them to change, they did it quite fast. We had a feeling they clean everything superficially and that does not maintain a good look of the room
